Non-compliant content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:
Insufficient colour contrast
What’s happening: Some text, buttons and links on the website do not have sufficient colour contrast against their background, making them difficult to distinguish for some users. This does not meet WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 1.4.3 (Contrast (Minimum)).
Who this affects: Users with low vision, colour vision deficiencies, or those viewing content in bright environments may find some text or interface elements difficult to read or distinguish.
Some videos do not provide transcripts
What’s happening: Videos on the site do not have transcripts. This does not meet WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 1.2.1 (Audio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded)) and/or 1.2.3 (Audio Description or Media Alternative).
Who this affects: Deaf or hard-of-hearing users, and anyone who can’t access audio.
Markup/parsing issues (mostly third-party code)
What’s happening: There are code/markup parsing issues in iframes, SVGs, CSS, and some empty attribute values (mostly from third-party code). This may affect compliance with WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value).
Who this affects: Assistive technology users may experience inconsistent behaviour due to invalid markup.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We aim to fix the issues listed above in order of severity and user impact.
We aim to retest affected templates after changes and update this statement accordingly.
We will schedule periodic reviews at least annually and after significant releases.
