The simulations are integrated into existing training courses and workshops in order to give participants, organised in teams, a chance to apply the theory, experience the issues and then reflect on these experiences. Depending on the simulation, the workshop may last from 3 hours up to 2 days. It can be run in a traditional format with everyone at the same location, or virtually, when the facilitator and teams are in different locations (the members of each team need to be in the same room).
The typical format for a workshop based on a Prendo simulation is:
- Classroom introduction
- Simulation session (participants in teams of 3 or 4)
- Classroom debrief |
