Participants from the same organisation can apply the lessons and frameworks from the workshop to a real project, e.g. by completing a 'stakeholder map' for the project they are about to start work on. Prendo also offers a consulting service, in which it conducts detailed interviews with the stakeholders in a project, and presents the analysis as a 'structured model' of the key variables of the project. This serves as an invaluable aid to the planning phase of a wide variety of projects.
