Prendo simulation events can be facilitated by:
- A Prendo trainer, or a certified trainer from a Prendo partner organisation, who runs a simulation event for a client organisation (Prendo charges a fee for facilitation and software provision)
- A client trainer, who has attended a short 'train the facilitator' session organised by Prendo, who runs a simulation event (Prendo charges a fee for software provision only). Prendo provides software licences for periods ranging from one day to two years)
