The simulations are integrated into training courses and workshops in order to give participants, organised in teams, a chance to apply the theory, experience the issues and then reflect on these experiences. Depending on the simulation, the workshop may last from 3 hours up to 2 days. It can be run in a traditional format with everyone at the same location, or virtually, when the facilitator and teams are in different locations.
