Stephen is repeatedly rated as one of the top lecturers at Cranfield. He has a reputation of taking complex management concepts and being able to distil them down, into highly informative and fun lectures - often using 'storytelling' techniques. His specialist subjects are Project Management (especially in service based organisations) and he is also Director of the MBA Personal Communications course.

Distinguished Research Professor in Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD

Dr. Kleindorfer is also the Anheuser-Busch Professor Emeritus of Management Science at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Kleindorfer has published over 25 books and many research papers in the areas of operations management, managerial economics and regulation. Dr. Kleindorfer has held a number of editorial and professional positions over the years, including his current position as associate editor of the Journal of Regulatory Economics. Dr. Kleindorfer was named a Fellow in the Production & Operations Management Society in 2005. He has consulted with companies and governmental agencies worldwide on risk management and technology strategy.

Maury Peiperl's areas of interest are organization development, executive careers, change management, HR strategy, and global mobility. Professor Peiperl has taught, researched, or consulted in these areas in 25 countries on four continents, and is dedicated to promoting the role of business in sustainable global development and in the resolution of cross-national conflict. His current work focuses on the development of global executives and the management of careers under long-term uncertainty.

Chaired Professor in Strategy and Corporate Responsibility at Bocconi University and Director of the Center for Research in Organization and Management (CROMA)

Maurizio is the editor of the European Management Review, the official journal of the European Academy of Management (EURAM). Professor Zollo serves on the Executive Committee of the European Academy of Management and of the European Academy of Business in Society (of which he was one of the co-founders). He is also the Program Chair of the Innovation and Knowledge interest group of the Strategic Management Society and a past member of Executive Committee of the strategy division of the Academy of Management. He also serves as associate editor on the editorial board of four other leading academic journals in the strategy and organization studies fields. Before joining Bocconi University in 2007, he served for 10 years on the faculty of INSEAD in the strategy department.
